Returns 

Our policy lasts 72 hours after your package has been marked delivered. If 72 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we won't offer a refund or exchange. You must email us first to initiate your return/refund.

SUBJECT MUST CONTAIN ORDER NUMBER

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping back. We will NOT accept your return until the original package has been received. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes earrings, beanies/hats, worn/washed clothing, and shoes.

Shipping
If you need a return address, please email us at rbarlbeadworkandleather@gmail.com. Because this is a home business, we do not publicly display our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

CHANGES TO ORDER

Q: How do I make changes to an order I already placed?

  • If you believe that you need to change something on an order you have placed. (Ex: shipping address, size of something, color of something, etc.), you NEED to send us an email at rbarlbeadworkandleather@gmail.com ASAP. We try to ship our orders as fast as we possibly can so it's best to let us know very quickly.

Q: When will I receive my order?

    • Custom order items TAT will be discussed at the time of order. 
    • We have a current processing time 3-5 business days for RTS items. This is NOT "shipping" time. Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Shipping time is estimated once that package has been physically dropped off at the post office.
